Frank Rudolph graduated from the University of South Africa in 2009 and upon completion of his Degree he trained at one of the country’s leading firms before co-founding Devittie, Rudolph and Timba Legal Practitioners in 2016.

Frank Rudolph has a strong interest in litigation across a wide range of areas including corporate law, commercial law, employment and family law. His strong commercial litigation background is complemented by his experience as counsel in mediation and arbitration. He has litigated successfully in arbitration tribunals, the High Court, Supreme Court and specialised Courts for several reputable listed corporates and religious organisations.

In employment law, Frank Rudolph focuses on drafting codes of conduct, reviewing and drafting of employment contracts, advising on restructuring and reconstruction for employers in diverse sectors of the economy. He has an interest in tax law and is pursuing a post – graduate tax qualification to enhance his skills in this area of practice.

Frank is a founding Trustee of Conflict Solutions, a mediation organisation that seeks to promote mediation services in Zimbabwe.

Having majored in Intellectual property and being a published musician, Frank Rudolph has a keen eye for intellectual property issues and it is an area of work in which he has expertise. He is a member of the Intellectual Property Association of Zimbabwe Frank frequently participates in community awareness initiatives and volunteer work and in line with the firm’s values, is keen to develop a pro-bono service that will see the firm committing its time and expertise to the disadvantaged at the grass roots level
